Home Up

How fortunate and happy I am to live in a home built by Zarach Epperson (Cabinet Cedar Products) whose high moral and ethical standards are matched with highest quality skill and construction standards.  My experience shows him to be a builder who genuinely stands behind his work.  Having the combination of my "Zarach built" home in this very beautiful part of Montana and in the warm and wonderful community of Thompson Falls makes my retirement years a special joy….             Donna C.

We have been impressed by the quality of Zarach Epperson's construction skills as well as his ability to add the esthetic touches that give a home beauty and appeal.  I love my kitchen!  It is efficient, functional and attractive.  We also appreciate the maintenance-free exterior of our home.  We moved to Thompson Falls because we were captivated by the natural beauty of the area - the mountains, rivers and forests, etc.  Having lived here for six years now, we continue to enjoy all of this and never tire of driving around the surrounding countryside, watching for deer, elk, moose and  Big Horn Sheep.  There is such a strong community spirit and the people are so friendly we feel totally at home.        Mary N.

I can whole heartily recommend the Epperson clan (Cabinet Mountain Construction) as being top of the line.  They are qualified and competent in all phases.

I've been in and around construction all of my life and have never seen better workmanship.  I have repeatedly checked for plumb, strong, square and technique.  They are neat and honest and a joy to be around.

Thompson Falls is a place of dreams... that is if you dream of peace, serenity and tranquility.  We are located in a pocket surrounded by high mountains with a beautiful river going through the middle.  The scenery takes your breath away!  There are thousands of miles of logging roads to explore and maintained hiking trails.

What I enjoy most is the game.  Elk, moose and Big Horn Sheep abound and deer are like neighborhood pets.  Mountain goats can be seen occasionally.  Wolves and bears stay mostly back in the deep mountains.

We average 24" of moisture per year which keep the forests healthy.

Our major hospital is 24 mile away but we have a three doctor clinic here in town as well as a good dentist, eye doctor, chiropractor, massage therapist and even an acupuncturist.

As for shopping, we have a nice grocery store, hardware and drug stores, etc.  But for larger items we need to go to Missoula or Kalispell which makes it very convenient if you plan ahead.

The greatest asset though is the people.  Everyone seems to have time to stop and visit.  When you go into a store you are met with a big smile and a sincere, "How can I help you?"

Thompson Falls is truly "The Last Frontier" where life is true and simple and the air is pure.  So if you lay back and dream, you're there! -- Alan N.  --I didn't mention the good fishing!

Our home consistently invites positive comments from friends who visit … the quality and care in its construction are clear to all.  An accidental leak from an appliance created an unusual “problem” that I would not have believed if I hadn’t experienced it directly … our single-story home of more than 2000 square feet was completely soaked – north, south, east, and west – with water a quarter-inch deep.  The floor was that level.---Ron C.

On a scale of one to ten, the level of construction of our home in Thompson Falls (located in the Salish Shores subdivision and built by Grant and Anne Denton's company) is  >100! Two years ago, my husband and I bought the place as a vacation retreat which will someday become our retirement home. The construction is so well done that, even though we are away for months at a time, we return to find little to no dust in the house ... a fact that speaks to how airtight the construction is. On every level, from functional to aesthetic, it is truly a wish come true ... a real-life dream home. So much so that we refer to it as "Rivendell". Also, Anne & Grant Denton (along with their partner Zarach Epperson) are those rare individuals that one is lucky to meet and deal with in life, special individuals that can be counted on to have integrity with their word, whether it be business or personal. I feel truly blessed to know them and to have the opportunity to live in one of their beautiful homes.  Signed, Sandra L. C. . . . December 2007
